PASTORAL CANDIDATE QUESTIONNAIRE

INSTRUCTIONS: The following questionnaire is designed to help churches find God's "match" in their search for A pastor. It was necessitated for two reasons: (1) many churches today are split over doctrinal and other related issues because they called a pastor that held beliefs different than theirs; and, (2) churches that contact our office for a list of pastoral candidates assume that because we pass their name along to them that they do not need to ask the candidates about these issues. In many cases, we know little more about the preacher than they. Therefore, please help us by answering each of the following questions with a simple "yes" or "no." Your answers will be provided to churches along with your resume. Note: No resume will be sent to an inquiring church without being accompanied by a completed questionnaire!
1. Do you believe in the plenary verbal inspiration of the Old and New Testaments; that is, that inspiration extends to all subjects and to the very words of the Bible and not just to the thoughts and ideas of its human authors?   Yes      No
